We invested in pre construction in miami first about 4 years ago the profit was huge. We did this 2 different times. Each time the pre construction investment in miami was great. After that we moved onto pre construction investing in orlando and again a great choice. We have been able to put both children through college with investing in pre construction in both miami and orlando. We are now trying to save for our retirement.
