My partners and I were looking to do some preconstruction investing. Our decision to invest in condo preconstruction has made us a very hefty profit. We believe one of the biggest fact ors of our success was investing in preconstruction in florida. We looked at condo preconstruction in other areas, but none were as attractive as the preconstruction in florida. We're very happy with how we decided to do our preconstruction investing and can’t wait to find another preconstruction project in florida.
