Preconstruction investment

I have been a real estate investor for the majority of my life. It all started back when I was in my twenties and I took out money for a preconstruction investment. It paid off well, but I stopped preconstruction investing immediately afterwards. This turned out to be the biggest mistake in my life.

Over the years to follow, I worried about property values consistently. My life was never satisfying because I was always worried about the next deal. I had good reason to worry, as some of my investments lost financial viability. It wasn’t pleasant.

Now I’m back into the preconstruction Florida investments. The stress is no longer there, and since I’m investing on condo preconstruction the investments almost never go wrong. I should have stuck with preconstruction investments all along.
