A large percentage of pre construction investing is happening right in Orlando. There are so many people investing in the pre construction of new condos and hotels that are popping up all over orlando. Many people have learned that investing in pre construction is very wise as you can pay low to get in and in a short time sell and make a profit on your pre construction investing. I have currently invested in pre construction 4 different times right in orlando and have made a nice profit each time.
