I have been investing in preconstruction in florida for about a year and a half. I was the one who sold my parents their condo so cheaply here in florida and that was due to my investing in preconstruction. I explained how investing in preconstruction worked in florida and also how I was able to sell the condo so cheap. My father became very interested in everything I had to say about investing in preconstruction here in florida. We have agreed that we will partner up and do our preconstruction investing together by starting with another condo here in florida.
