Property in florida sells well but not many want to take the risk with condo preconstruction. I never did understand that. You can get a much better price on a condo with preconstruction investing in florida. What you do is purchase the condo while it is in the preconstruction stage and sell and normal market value when it is done. To me it seems like preconstruction investing in florida on a condo just makes good business sense. They builders needs you money in order to build the condos so the price is great. I have now preconstruction investing for over 7 years now and have never lost a penny while doing so. It seems like there are always preconstruction opportunities if you know where to look in florida.
