I invest in condo preconstruction

There is a lot of preconstruction investing going on in Florida. I have been investing in condo preconstruction. I feel it is good to do preconstruction investing and right now Florida is the place to be doing it. I usually do all my preconstruction investing in a condo. If I can't invest in condo preconstruction I usually don't invest at all. I usually don't have many problems in finding a condo preconstruction to invest in.
