I have been investing in different things for years and have made the most money with preconstruction condo investing in florida. I wish I had turned to preconstruction condo investing in florida years ago. It is amazing how many people want to purchase the condos as soon as they are complete. If they only knew that they could purchase a condo before it was built for so much cheaper. Since I have done so well with my preconstruction condo investing in florida I have stopped investing in anything else. Even with the real estate market as soft as it is condo preconstruction investing in florida is still a fantastic idea.
