We agreed that investing in the preconstruction of the condo in Miami sounded like a good idea. We then looked into everything we would need when investing in preconstruction. Investing in preconstruction was easier than we thought it could be. We decided to jump in with both feet when we invested in the preconstruction condo in Miami. In only 6 months our investment really paid off. We had a offer on the condo in Miami even though it was still in preconstruction phase and we accepted it. We made more money than we ever thought we could in such a short period of time.
